Absolutely amazing stay! The staff were all welcoming & wonderful! We travelled as a family with 2 kids. Our kids loved the kids club! Facilities were of such high standard with a full spa including sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot spa for both female and males. I had the most amazing Hammam & couples massage. My therapist Nittaya was from Thailand and she was fantastic! We loved the breakfast, and the food at the pool was also really great! This hotel is luxurious and in a great location, walking distance to the mall. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities perfect for a family staycation with two pools and small children’s water park and direct access to a lovely beach and plenty of sun beds and cabanas. Good choice of restaurants and menu by the pool and excellent staff and service received from all staff. There was also a promotion of 25% discount in bottle service which included a fresh fruit platter. We stayed for a birthday and the hotel was able to provide balloons and a cake arranged by Hasheem. There is also a surf machine and other activities where my daughter was assisted by Niluka from Sri Lanka who was very patient and friendly. You can also head to sushi samba side or beach for a more private adult environment. Breakfast was adequate but nothing extraordinary. We had dinner in Scarpetta where the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our needs and provided a great experience. Only complaint was the slow and late check in time, and on check out the. Hill was issued at a extra 300qr due to a “glitch” which I was unable to confirm myself and the very long wait time for valet for my car on departure which took almost one hour which time could have been spent enjoying the pool or beach etc. my daughter also left her T-shirt in the bathroom and ran back 15 minutes later to retrieve it but no one one was able to locate it.

A fantastic family-friendly hotel! We visited during the Christmas season, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive touches. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Palace Vendome mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Lizabeth. She was not only warm and friendly but also an absolute delight with my son.

Lovely spacious room with nice balcony. Well equipped. Great communication before arrival. The staff are outstanding and make the hotel. A big thank you. Breakfast choice was very good. Nice pool area but I loved the beach area. Again, the staff were excellent. Very relaxing stay.
