the hospitality was above our expectations. Staff always smiling and helpful makes us feel the luxury of staying at this hotel. From the minute we arrived everyone was offering all possible help. I have in many 5 stars hotels in Doha but this one so far is the best. The room was neat and clean. The balcony is an add on comparing to other hotels. The outdoor pool was heated so kids never wanted to leave it specially that it is not deep which makes it safer and for us as parents not to worry, plus each pool has 2 life guards. the water park although it is small but very enjoyable for the kids. The kids club was good but maybe need to consider more activities for older age like 9 & 10 but the lady there was welcoming the kids and smiling all the time. The food was good at the pool side and “by water” restaurant. breakfast was also good with the chef going around and asking everyone if they have any special requests..

The Hotel is Stunning, beautiful, new, modern, clean, confortable. The beach is pretty, has a soothing ambiance, the water is calm and clear. The personal is extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, very polite. The entire staff goes out of their way to satisfy guest. The Restaurants are specially decorated, the food is exquisite and qualitative. Close to the exclusive Place Vêndome Mall. We had really an amazing time, We are very thankful… Highly recommended… We will back soon…

The overall quality and service of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was very spacious and stunningly furnished (as is the rest of the hotel) with a lovely view of the bay and partial sea view. The entire team of staff consistently went out of their way to deliver a 5 star service in all areas. The food was lovely and the location of the hotel is great as it's right opposite Doha's largest mall (open til 2am!) and nearby to other attractions.

I like the outdoor . pools and slides for kids are amazing. staff is good . location is perfect. it is 5 min walk to vendome mall and 15 min walk from al maha island and lusail boulevard. ( these are the best places in Doha ) sushi samba rest and all other rest at the hotel are very delicious.
